A private face to face meeting with individual clients in a supported environment. A survey of 40 short simple questions asked to each client and their answer/rating (as indicated on 5 scale smiley face rating) recording though an online survey link (at the time the questions are asked). We are anticipating about 70 clients requiring survey support and would expect the survey experience to take 30 mins.
