Volunteer admin assistant in Miranda
HammondCare AustraliaHammondCare is passionate about improving the quality of life for people in need and our residential care home in Miranda specialises in dementia care. As a HammondCare admin volunteer, your tasks will include
- Answering the phones and directing calls
- Act as a concierge, meeting and greeting family and friends
- Working on the reception desk
- Sorting mail
You'll love this role if you have
- Previous admin or reception experience
- A confident and pleasant phone manner
- Computer skills in Microsoft office, including PowerPoint
- Good communication skills, written and oral
As a HammondCare volunteer, you'll be working at 19 Kiama Street Miranda, for 3-4 hours once a week in either Thursday or Friday. The ideal volunteer will be willing to commit long term, 12 months or longer.
Successful applicants will be required to complete a police background check which we'll arrange.
