Hills Community Aid at Baulkham Hills is looking for a volunteer who is passionate about working with the community and will be the first point of call at our reception desk.

Within this role you will:

  • Be the first point of call for clients visiting our office
  • Take community bookings
  • Answer enquiries via phone and email
  • Data entry

Criteria

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills
  • Good organisational skills and time management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Experience with a range of software including Google Docs
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others volunteers and to work independently when required
  • Previous experience in administration would be highly regarded though not essential
