VOLUNTEER TRAIN QUEUE COORDINATOR

City Parklands manages Roma Street Parkland on behalf of Brisbane City Council and the Queensland Government.

We are currently seeking new members to join the volunteer team who operate Roma Street Parkland’s trackless train, The Parkland Explorer which takes visitors on an interpretive journey of one of Brisbane’s premier parklands.

The Parkland Explorer Volunteer Queue Coordinator will be the first point of contact for Parkland Explorer passengers. Working alongside the volunteer Train Driver and Conductor, the Train Queue Coordinator will be required to provide a high level of customer service by answering visitor queries, providing relevant and timely information regarding train trip times, passenger safety rules and general visitor information about Roma Street Parkland.

The Volunteer Train Queue Coordinator will be required to work primarily on weekends and during school holidays. Full training will be provided.
