Digital Inclusions Northern Australia is a not for profit social enterprise founded to address digital literacy and build digital skills across Northern Australia.

About the role:

• Providing 1 on 1 basic digital support (in a workshop, walk around the room and assist workshop participants individually)
• Facilitating digital skills and literacy workshops (only required for volunteers willing to do this)

Essential skills and experience:

• Experience using technology such as a smart phone, tablet or computer
• Able to manage own time
• Able to work unsupervised
• Attention to detail
• Min. 2 years experience working with clients or stakeholders
• Good verbal communication
• Team player
• An ability to think on your feet and is a creative problem solver
• Willing to learn new processes and technologies
• Vehicle and current drivers licence

Non-essential skills:

• Experience facilitating or talking in front of people (for volunteer workshop facilitators only)
