The D’Entrecasteaux and Huon Collaboration marine debris clean-ups bring together community groups, local tourism operators, aquaculture companies, Councils and State Government to look after the health of our waterways. The Huon Marine Debris Clean-up is scheduled for May 11 and 25.

Our Team Leader will collect you and deliver you to the site on Bruny Island for a briefing. You will then be allocated an area of the Coastline to clean up as a team under the supervision of the Team Leader.

Most of the sites will require some level of fitness and the ability to scramble over uneven terrain.  Rubbish bags which can get quite heavy will be carried along the shoreline to collection points.

A good eye for detail and willingness to work as part of a team, as well as adhering to our Health and Safety requirements.

You can not apply for this role as it is no longer available.
