SisterWorks Inc. is currently seeking reliable, tech - savvy, volunteers to become mentors for our Sisters. We are looking for a Volunteer with a photography background, someone well versed with Instagram to help grow and develop the Sister's businesses.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supporting and engaging with one or more Sisters at the Business Labs
• Identifying their needs and goals and supporting them in developing social media strategies towards achieving these goals
• Monitoring, encouraging and supporting them in building on their skills, self confidence, and self-reliance
• Fostering our value of ‘Learning by doing’
• Sharing knowledge of the Australian business environment and successful digital marketing practices/strategies
• Helping take business initiatives on social media platforms
• Train sisters on leveraging Instagram, Facebook, etc to market their products effectively and increase their online visibility.

Desired experience and qualifications:

• Understanding of and empathy with the values and ideals of SisterWorks Inc.
• Cross-cultural sensitivity and the ability to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Resourcefulness, and the ability to think laterally and creatively
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality at all times

Compulsory requirements:

• Working with  Children Check and/or National Police Check. If you do not have either, you can apply for a Working with Children Check (Volunteer) for free.
