Nambour Community CentreSomeone who can work under the direction of the Admin Manager, volunteer coordinator and the community development worker.
• Greet visitors and assist with the nature of their enquiry • Answer all telephone calls and redirect as required • Update contact databases and registers • Collect and record statistics daily • Receipt all monies received and deposit at bank (monthly) • Assist with Room Rental enquiries and bookings • Complete daily administration and domestic duties • Ongoing work on allotted project (your supervisor will discuss this with you) • Assist with updating and restocking of centre resources • General computer skills is a requirement for this position
Nambour Community Centre is approved by Centrelink for those job seekers wishing to undertake voluntary work as an approved activity.
A Blue Card is not a requirement for this position however we are able to support the volunteer in applying for one if they choose to.
