Love to drive? You'll enjoy this volunteer opportunity to drive patients to attend outpatient appointments at the Northern Beaches Palliative Care Service. You'll meet the patient at their home, assist them into the car and drive to Mona Vale, then at the conclusion of their appointment, drive them home again. The time commitment is at least one hour, and flexible during week days, Monday-Friday.

This volunteer role will require the use of your own car and petrol. You must show proof of a current unrestricted Australian drivers license and insurance details.

Successful applicants will be required to complete a national police check which HammondCare will organise and pay for. We'll provide training as well as ongoing support from our onsite Volunteer Coordinator.
