We are a small but agile Australian nonprofit international aid organisation , working to end extreme poverty by 2030. They work to empower those living in poverty by providing responsible microloans, financial capability training and business investment opportunities throughout the Asia-Pacific.

We also partner with local organisations to reach those in the most need - people with the least privilege and the greatest barriers. They work with an emphasis on women, because poverty does too.  They believe in providing opportunity and empowerment, so the poorest of the poor can work their way out of poverty.

The volunteer in this role will work closely with the Head of Marketing on a wide variety of digital marketing tasks in a small and friendly team in a central location. This is an interesting and varied role where you can use your time creatively and flexibly.

This role will require excellent communication. Very clear English speaking skills are essential along with excellent written communication skills.  It is also essential that the volunteer has had recent experience in digital marketing.

The volunteer will need to be used to working with minimal supervision and is expected to be a self-starter. The organisation is looking for the volunteer to make a 6 month minimum long commitment. It would be perfect for a part time student, a mother wanting to maintain her skills or self directed retiree who has kept abreast of digital marketing.

Initially the volunteer will need to be office based but there would be an opportunity to do some work from home over time.
