The SAIL Program is a completely volunteer-run, non-profit, secular organisation which provides free tutoring, mentoring and community services to the Sudanese Australian refugee community. At SAIL we are committed to excellence in volunteerism and to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children.

We are seeking committed kitchen volunteers to prepare lunches for all of our students every Saturday. This role involves working in a professional kitchen preparing fruit, sandwiches, and other foods as needed.

All applicants must: • Be over the age of 16 to apply • Hold a valid Working With Children Check • Abide by our Child Safe Policy at all times • Agree to and sign our Code of Conduct • Volunteer for a minimum of 4 months • Attend mandatory induction and training sessions • Hospitality training is preferred, but not a requirement for this position
