Justice of the Peace Customer Assistant
City of Marion- To welcome all customers in a friendly, courteous manner
- Direct them to Cooinda Neighbourhood Centre in a timely manner and issue them with a number
- Provide the JPs with water, tea and coffee
- To maintain confidentiality.
- Be punctual and inform staff contact person if you cannot attend or will be late.
- To work cooperatively with staff, other volunteers.
- Adhere to organisational Work Health & Safety requirements
- Comply with existing WH&S legislation & regulation obligations and apply ‘Think Safe and Live Well Philosophy’
- Abide by any rules or regulations relevant to the volunteer program
- Be aware of any risks and the control measures in place for the role
- To report any accidents in the workplace to key contacts and relevant staff.
- To promote a positive image of Council in all dealings with members of the public
