Have you ever thought about volunteering for your local Ambulance Service?

SA Ambulance Service in the Upper South East (Limestone Coast) are seeking volunteers to provide an important emergency service to the local community.

Do you want to volunteer but don't feel you are experience enough? We will train you free of charge to drive an ambulance and support clinicians within seven training days.

Are you working full-time, studying, retired or just busy? At some ambulance stations you don't need to be at the ambulance station when on call and our flexible rosters give you the freedom to work around your lifestyle.

All training is free and rosters are designed around your existing commitments and there are a range of roles to choose from.

Our new training program is designed to let you progress in a time frame that suits you. There are three different roles: Ambulance Assist, Ambulance Responder and Ambulance Officer.

When on roster ambulance volunteers will provide professional emergency medical treatment to patients as well as non-emergency transfer services to patients within their community.

You can not apply for this role as it is no longer available.
