    Training for volunteer positions will be minimal but all training will be provided in areas such as the background of the organisation and how to talk about inclusion in sport.

Proud 2 Play are a not for profit organisation with a vision of a world where all LGBTI+ people can lead healthy and active lifestyles through participation in sport. We operate at all levels of the sporting community from grassroots to state and national sporting organisations to educate, implement inclusive policy, improve LGBTI+ visibility in sport and run inclusive events. We are on the lookout for fun, happy volunteers to help us at our events on a casual, ongoing basis.

Key duties

  • Assisting at Proud 2 Play events such as forums, 'come and try' LGBTI+ inclusive sporting sessions and community events
  • Setting up and packing up stalls or marquees
  • Talking with event attendees about our work
  • Bringing a fun, inviting attitude to our events

Skills and experience

None required. Any necessary training (minimal) will be provided.
