Key duties:

• Sorting out weekly food supplies donated by Aus Harvest.
• Pack food into containers to be refrigerated or stored in the pantry.
• Keep a record of stock on hand.
• Liaise with the Canteen coordinator at the end of the stock take to provide an update.
• Needs to be able to work independently.
• Needs to have a relatively good understanding of the longevity of fresh produce to determine what can be kept, stored or thrown away.
