This role includes testing and tagging electrical goods donated, ensuring they are up to the highest standards of safety. All Test & Tag equipment can be supplied or you can use your own. This position would be ideal for a qualified Electrician who can give an ongoing commitment - Ideally you would be available one day per week, either for 5 hours or a full day.

You will be:

Punctual, reliable and honest. A qualified Electrician or have successfully completed the Test & Tag course. Focused on Workplace safety whilst Testing. Willing to work as part of a team.

STORE OPENING HOURS: Mon - Sat: 9:00am - 4:30pm

CONFIRMED VOLUNTEERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO:

• Give permission for Save the Children to undertake a National Police Record Check and provide 100 points of identification.
• Read and accept the Save the Children Code of Conduct and Child Protection Policy.
• Undertake essential Training including an Induction and Orientation.
• Produce your license to show that you are certified Test & Tag
