Make the op-shop an enjoyable place for volunteers to work and customers to visit. Duties include overseeing the day-to-day operation of the op-shop and to help increase the profitability of the shop through appropriate layout, stock management and pricing. Final details of the Managers role will be determined in conjunction with the successful applicant. Lilydale Assist is a not-for-profit community-based organisation that provides information, advice, referral and emergency relief to those in need within our community. With goods and profits from the op-shop, we support to people on a low income who may be experiencing financial hardship.
