Must have experience in managing a small office network, including IT & network security. Duties: install computer hardware operating systems & applications, troubleshoot system & network problems, diagnosing & solving hardware or software faults, setup new equipment, user accounts & passwords, talk users through the steps to resolve issues, maintenance & monitoring of customer information including firewalls, monitor & investigate network threats, analyse & advise on IT and network security.
