What will you be doing?

• Welcoming visitors to Old Government House and providing information about the House and tours
• Promoting to the House and other heritage listed sites in Parramatta
• Helping museum staff setup the shop and reception area
• Processing ticket and retail sales 
• Cash handling and processing credit card sales
• Keeping accurate visitor records 
• Assisting tour groups to the volunteer guides
• Answering phones, responding to booking inquires, and liaising with museum staff about the progress of the day
• Helping to close the shop and assisting with the daily reconciliation
