You will help the participants:-  identify and talk about their strengths • identify and explore areas for learning • search and apply for jobs online • customise their resume and cover letter• prepare to make or receive calls • prepare for face to face interviews• record and follow up job applications. Experience in the workforce would be very helpful in guiding the students. Our other volunteers really enjoy this class.
