The Society is a lay Catholic organisation that aspires to live the gospel message by serving Christ in the poor with love, respect, justice, hope and joy, and by working to shape a more just and compassionate society.

Additional volunteers are welcome to support the additional work generated from donations received for Flood Victims.

We require the following Volunteers that can 1. Sorting of Clothing and Bric-a-Brac 2. Truck and Van Drivers 3. Gardeners 4. Test Tagger 5. Shop Assistants and Volunteer Sorters

Knowledge, skills and ability > Demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude, with a willingness to learn > Demonstrate genuine respect for all people regardless of their situation > Understanding of and commitment to the philosophy of the St Vincent de Paul > Ability to work in accordance with policies and procedures to promote the values and mission of the Society.
