Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) is a program whose purpose is to maintain independence and reduce social isolation for our aging clients.

The Volunteer Community Transport driver role would consist of driving one of our fleet work vehicles to assist our aged clients to and from their medical appointments and any other appointment they need to go to. You would be required to drive safely and be able to have easy conversational talk with the clients during their transportation.

There would also be opportunities for the volunteer to be involved in assisting in our Social Groups Activities.
