The Links to Leisure program provides a service for Eledrly people and their carers who are encouraged to enjoy an outing together. The service goes to a different venue each fortnight. You would be assisting clients and their carers on and off the Bus as well as providing some social interaction and support at the venue's. All outings include 1 qualified Aged care staff to assist the clients on the Bus and at the venue.
