General Duties

Software • Software upgrades are kept up to date. • Assist with technical elements of website development such as html coding, hosting or CName records as required. • Set-up, develop and maintain automations and integrations between third party software used in day to day operations.
Hardware • Maintain up-to-date documentation for the network. • Maintain stability of the internal network and external telecommunications. • Maintain, repair and upgrade hardware as required. • Risk management of data loss, misuse or theft. Reporting • No reporting is required. Activity is communicated and monitored through project management software.
