Bucaan Community House provides the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and the Home and Community Care (HACC) Program. The service aims to maintain the dignity of our clients and enable them to remain in their own homes and community .

These programs are based at the Bucaan Community House.

Bucaan Community House will assist applicants to obtain a National Police Certificate and also a Working with Vulnerable People card.

Please Note.Volunteers will be covered by the organisation's insurance.
