We are looking for an experienced and reliable concierge to join our organisation. You’ll be responsible for being the face of the centre, helping guests find activities and other places of interest. You will be a key part in making visitors and new members to the centre feel welcome. You would need to be friendly and knowledgeable about our organisation.

• Attentively communicating with our members and guests. • Attending to the wants and needs of our members and guests. • Communicating with members and guests in person. • Providing information about our facilities and the benefits of membership together with information of the surrounding areas, such as the best possible routes from one point to another. • Assist the Events Coordinator with special Burnie Brae events together with the activities program as required.
