The Rockhampton Emergency Services Day brings together disaster management, emergency service agencies and the public to collaboratively build on our community’s resilience in time of emergencies and disasters. This free event held annually in Rockhampton and gives emergency services agencies the opportunity to show the community who they are, what they do and understand what to do in a time of need.

This year, the team at RACQ Capricorn Rescue is jumping on board the Volunteer Management committee and are excited to offer you a wide range of volunteering opportunities at the event.

Photographer - Capture the day! This role involves taking photos of the event including the Emergency Services displays, amusement rides, entertainment, food stalls, activities and patrons enjoying the day. The volunteer is expected to provide their own camera.
