Perth Rescue Angels Inc is a Western Australian based not-for-profit animal rescue charity that strives to change the lives of homeless, neglected, surrendered and abused animals through foster care and adoption. Perth Rescue Angels specialises it taking on and rehabilitates undomesticated cats and kittens as well as special needs cats and kittens. Being a foster based rescue means that our cats and kittens live in homes with families while they are waiting for their forever homes.

Perth Rescue Angels Inc is an Incorporated Entity, is a registered Charity with the ACNC, is endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient and has a Charity Collections License. Perth Rescue Angels is a Cruelty Free organisation and is a pro-life organisation.

We are looking at adding a new member to our admin team! We are looking for someone that can help us organise fundraising events throughout the year, as well as increase our merchandise range. It is a unpaid position with possible advancement to committee. Current police clearance required.

Role will entail- • Organise fundraising events throughout the year to raise money for the rescue • Increase our range of merchandise to sell at events • Develop and maintain relationships with local and national businesses who can assist with sponsorship and donations • Introduce new fundraising ideas • Comply with all Perth Rescue Angels procedures and Volunteer Code of Conduct

Applicant needs to - - have previous fundraising experience\, ideally for a not-for-profit organisation - have previous event management experience\, ideally for a not-for-profit organisation - be proficient with computers and programs including outlook\, excel and Facebook - be able to communicate with others - be able to work independently and with a team - be able to handle stressful situations and deadlines - be able to keep a positive attitude
