NURTURE PROGRAM ASSISTANT

An Assistant is needed in the Head Office of a not for profit Organisation that supports premature and sick newborns, their families and the hospitals that care for them.

The successful Volunteer will provide assistance to staff members in their role of Nurture Program Coordination, 1-2 days per week. The tasks you will be performing include collating and reporting on attendance statistics for their Programs that are held Australia wide, general administration tasks, telephone liaison with other offices, helping with events preparation and mailouts.

You will need to have a sound knowledge of computer and data entry systems, as well as an excellent command of the English language, both written and oral. You would also need to be confident speaking with others over the telephone and have a friendly and personable nature. Flexibility is key with this role, as it can be quite varied from day to day.

It is the help of Volunteers that allows this Organisation to expand and help more of the 45,000 families affected by prematurity or sickness each year in Australia. If you would like to join this amazing team, we would love to hear from you!
