The Gawler Visitor Information Centre is open 7 days a week and is staffed by a dedicated and enthusiastic team of volunteers. Our Customer Service Volunteers play a vital role in the Centres operations by helping others to discover all there is to see and do in this beautiful region, ensuring a stay that they will remember for years to come. The duties include: • To provide excellent customer service to visitors and residents • To promote local and regional tourism opportunities, attractions , activities and events • Booking tours, coaches and accommodation • Assistance with brochures and maps • Sale of gifts and souvenirs Volunteering with the Gawler Visitor Information Centre is a great way to meet new people, expand your knowledge of the Town and the surrounding areas, assist visitors and contribute to the community.
