MAINTENANCE VOLUNTEER
Liverpool Volunteer Resource CentreA Not for Profit Organisation in the Prairiewood area, is seeking a Maintenance Volunteer. This role provides a variety of rewards, including making new friends, sharing skills and becoming a part of the local community.
About The Role (including but not limited to):
- General jobs as supervised by the Maintenance Manager
- Painting, wall repairs
- Repair of small equipment such as trolleys or furniture
- Maintain a log book/tick sheet of daily activities
- Uniform shirt supplied
- A Volunteer is needed ideally twice a week (8.30am -12.30pm) or one long day a week (8.30am-2.30pm approx). Days are negotiable – week days only
About You:
- Ability to engage with staff, patients and other Volunteers in a friendly and professional manner
- Excellent presentation
- Capacity to work as part of a team
- National Police Certificate
- Must be over 18 years of age
