Imagine not seeing or hearing from anyone for days, weeks or months. Loneliness can have far reaching effects on our ageing population and knowing someone who cares is going to visit regularly can have a positive impact on their wellbeing. Volunteers are matched with clients to visit for 2 hours per week supporting them to make connections in their local community or provide companionship.
