This role requires someone with a background as a PA or high level administrative support who can attend Randwick by 4.45pm on Tuesday evenings, every second month for approximately 3 hrs. It would possibly suit a retired person who can commit to these 6 meetings a year. Previous experience taking minutes would be appreciated. There will be complete confidentiality requested as you will be attending Board meetings. - A background in minute taking would be appreciated. - Take minutes at each Board Meeting - Type up reports and return by the following week.
