A Not for Profit Organisation, whose services are specifically designed to meet the unique needs of children with disabilities, is seeking Volunteer Drivers for their mini bus. Volunteer Drivers are needed on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays during school terms, between the hours of 8.45 am and 1.30pm approximately, to transport parents and their children to and from their Centre.

As a Volunteer Driver, you would be required to pick up the Organisation`s vehicle from their premises at Cabramatta (normal licence only required) and drive to clients homes to pick them up. Those in your care would be parents and their children being transported to their support group - please note that the parents would be responsible for the care of their children whilst travelling.

All training will be given as well as ongoing support throughout the year. You must have a current drivers licence and an excellent driving record to apply for this position.

This volunteer role enables people to reach vital resources and support groups that they would otherwise not have access to.
