Camp leaders are essential for the successful running of Cahoots camps for young people and adults living with disabilities or other social barriers. Volunteers have the opportunity to work and create relationships with our participants, and support them in achieving greater independence and social skills. We run both metro-based and regional camps, some 5-day camps through the week, and other weekend camps and our camps run right throughout the year. As the camp leader, you will have all accommodation, meals, entry to all activities and a Cahoots shirt covered. All volunteer camp leaders have the support of professional facilitators on all camps, and will receive guidance beforehand from the Volunteer Coordinator.
