The Shops Volunteer Role  Provide excellence in customer service to patients, families, staff and all clientele  Conduct regular stock takes and record stock levels  Assist in the control of stock including the replenishing of shelves and refrigerators  Assist with the preparation of food for sale e.g. rolls, sandwiches, salads etc  Assist with washing of dishes and cleaning of food preparation areas  Assist with cash register and point of sale (POS) operation  May be special duties such as some administration assistance  Some heavy lifting required
