We need someone to phone potential sponsors, explain what SGA is and find out who is the best person in their organisation to contact regarding sponsorship.  Then email contact with that person would be initiated and followed up.  Volunteers should have some knowledge and experience in marketing, good phone skills and capacity to edit pre-drafted email content.

This work is vital for SGA to obtain funds to support it to continue its work i.e. running training workshops, providing a comprehensive website of information about sustainable gardening and newsletters and continuing research on chemicals used in gardening so that a web app can be developed to let people know the impacts of using such chemical products on human and environmental health.

Volunteering with SGA will include you in an enthusiastic and friendly team of volunteers and staff.  It will also provide insights into how to protect the natural environment.
