IT Helpdesk (remote position, can be based anywhere)

Initial 6 months placement
Essential components
- Help desk support. Logging and dealing with a low level of IT general support enquiries via email.
- Supporting the international team in various locations. At the end of the 6 month period review level of support needed, themes of needed support and making a recommendation as to whether a future help desk support is needed
- Creating a series of ‘how to’ guides for frequently asked questions and for new starters which can be uploaded to intranet
- Supporting new starters to get set up- managing emails and accounts etc.
- Some file management
Additional desired skills and support
- IT audit and recommendations on ICT needs and solutions to technology issues and to improve work flow
- Reviewing IT policies and protocols and upgrading to create clear, child safe and professional ICT guidance
WTMY is a child safe organisation. This role will require working with children clearance and police check prior to starting.
