Role Responsibilities:Account Management

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with all customers
• Establish a call cycle to visit existing accounts on-site to review performance, evaluate new opportunities, and assist with effective merchandising in store
• Conduct food tasting events across key Grocery accounts with support from volunteers and entrepreneurs
• Liaise with Stock Coordinator on collect, dispatch, deliver orders into stores

Business Development

• Research, analyse and develop a retail database
• Contact prospects via cold calls or cold emails
• Set up sales meetings for team managers
• Provide forward sales forecasts by-product for the channel to the Operations and Production teams monthly
• Provide additional analysis and commentary on channel performance as required

Desired experience and qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a customer-facing role essential
• Strong Excel and Word skills essential
• An entrepreneurial and agile mindset essential
• Previous successful expertise of wholesale channel/key account management highly desirable
• Prior experience reporting on sales performance and interpreting financial data to identify trends and opportunities highly desirable
• Experience working in the FMCG / Grocery sector an advantage
• Experience working in a high growth small - medium-sized enterprise valuable
• Excellent time management and prioritizing skills
• Previous experience working in a social enterprise setting desirable but not essential
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• Understanding of and empathy with the values and ideals of SisterWorks Inc.
• Cross-cultural sensitivity and the ability to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Demonstrated flexibility in working both autonomously and within teams
