- People skills including an ability to stay calm under pressure and willingness and ability to resolve disputes and de-escalate situations
- Customer service skills
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications and use of databases
- Solution based communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and the ability to work unsupervised
- Excellent time management including the ability to set priorities and work efficiently
- Physically able to perform the duties as required
