Administration Volunteer

The role for a volunteer is to assist the Operations Manager and other Program Managers and staff in day to day administration tasks and would suit someone wishing to refresh their experience and update skills in an office environment.

Key responsibilities will include: • Front office and reception service • Photocopying, collating and binding documents and manuals • Collecting and distributing mail and general office supplies • Records management • Data entry and other computer related work • Assisting in various program projects • Other general office errands and tasks
