House to Grow is a not-for-profit organization. Our priority is to transform lives through education, health, and personal development, based on the four pillars of the human essence - mental, emotional, physical and spiritual.

We are now at an exciting stage where everything is happening, and we need motivated volunteers to support our development.

What you will do

• Responsible for directing, capturing & editing storytelling videos
• Deliver one video per month until we have 12 in total.
• You will also be responsible for the ensuring all consent forms are agreed upon and signed, so that we have permission to use the created content (video and hard copy)
• You will be required to work in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and the Journalist/Producer.
• Videos (4-5 minutes) with English subtilties

You will bring

• Experience in a similar role, minimum three years
• A degree within the discipline of film, media or television 
• Passion for personal development and positive attitude thinking
• A creative and visual thinker with a strong visual eye
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Experience in post-production video footage and audio podcast
• Relationship skills to interact with interviewers and make them feel comfortable 
• Experience working across teams, being able to communicate and deliver across diverse cultures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and autonomously

Please note that House To Grow doesn’t own any license in Graphic Design and Video Edition softwares. The volunteer will be requested to work with his own tools and equipment.
