We are seeking volunteers to provide confidential one-to-one companionship and friendship to a senior from a variety of backgrounds that live in Geelong and experiences social isolation.

The Volunteer will provide weekly to fortnightly visit at home or out depending on arrangements between client and volunteer. Visits can last anywhere from minimum one hour and can occur on weekdays or weekends, as agreed upon by client and volunteer. Through our volunteer program clients and volunteers may participate in social outings. Visits in the home could include activities such as reading books and shopping and this continues for as long as it works for both; client and volunteer. This program is a complimentary service for our clients. Location - in local area, to be advised.
