This position is for people who understand health promotion or chronic disease management education programs. The work is to update and convert our information sheets and education programs so they can be uploaded to community websites. The final information will be accessible to both providers and consumers on a virtual online platform for a new South Australian General Practice Clinic network working with people with chronic complex conditions (ME/CFS and fibromyalgia).

This position is flexible depending on your skills and interests as we need a variety of digital resources consistent with WordPress, graphical layouts, animation and database administration
