    Please Note: As each organisation provides different levels/types of insurance, volunteers are reminded to check with the organisation as to the type of insurance provided for volunteers (e.g. Volunteer Personal Accident Insurance)

Volunteers will be required to participate in a two-day training program. They will be required to attend the office on a weekly basis and be involved in one-to-one and group self-management programs and health coaching and providing ongoing support alongside practice nurse case managers.

The activities are part of the pilot for a general practice clinic to provide early intervention for patients living with poorly understood complex conditions. The activities will be based on validated chronic disease management approaches to care applied specifically to ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia.

This position can be used for filed work or work experience.
