Event Volunteer

Hockey SA is seeking enthusiastic people to volunteer during the 2019 Metropolitan Competition Grand Finals.

Grand finals will occur over 2 weeks with the Metro 2 - Metro 6 and Junior Grand Finals taking place on Saturday the 14th of September and the Premier League - Metro 1 Grand Finals taking place on Saturday the 21st of September.

Volunteers will be assisting Hockey SA staff with various tasks, including but not limited to:

Set up of venue
Pack down of venue
Ensuring that the venue is clean
Coordination of medals for teams
Crowd interactions

- While volunteering, you may be required to lift heavy items, if you are unable to do this please let us know beforehand. - A National Police Certificate is required by Hockey SA for all staff and volunteers. Please Note: As each organisation provides different levels/types of insurance, volunteers are reminded to check with the organisation as to the type of insurance provided for volunteers (e.g. Volunteer Personal Accident Insurance)
