What is Homeless Connect Perth? The Homeless Connect Perth project is an annual event held in November each year that provides a one stop shop of services to homeless persons or those at risk of homelessness by bringing together community groups, businesses and the three tires of Government to provide services for one day.

Our Homeless Connect Perth warehouse is the backbone of Homeless Connect Perth and our warehouse wizard volunteers form part of the warehouse team organising donated goods to Homeless Connect Perth. Please note this is an ongoing pre-event role.

We are seeking volunteers who can sort, fold and display clothing and goods to best advantage, work well with a small team and get the job done. A reasonable level of fitness is required for this role, as you will be moving and standing for the 5 hour shift.

Volunteer shifts are on Tue & Wed ( Choose one day, or both!) from 9am - 4pm (with lunch break).

This is a pre-event role and is crucial to the success of the event.

You will be supported by an experienced Warehouse Manager & Team Leaders and a well-planned volunteer support team.

7min walk from Welshpool Train Station 20-30min journey from most Lines

Warehouse is at Victoria Park end of Welshpool- not as far as you think.
