Which clients are to receive meals for the day Check which meals each client is to receive The order in which meals are delivered
• Ask office staff about anything that you are unsure of eg. street directions, special meals, money collections etc. • Drive safely while on the road as instructed on the agreed route. • Record and report any messages, from the clients and helper, to office staff at the end of the run. • Make sure the right receipt is given to the right client and record any payments in the run folder. Receipt should be for the amount received, alter if necessary. • Record any comments from helpers regarding client’s health and wellbeing and report any concerns to office staff. • Give runner clear and precise instructions where to take meals. • Notify office prior to rostered days if you will not be available.
