As a Volunteer Coordinator you will be required to: Engaging with individuals, families and carers at their hospitalisation discharge point by referring them to Support Groups and services to assist them to self-manage their conditions(s) and prevent re-hospitalisation; Recruit, support and manage volunteers; Ensure there are sufficient volunteers to meet the needs of the allocated shift; Have strong communication and organisational skills; Roster and allocate duties and tasks; Collate data and ensure processes are addressed. Volunteer Coordinators will be working in a supportive and friendly team environment with ongoing training provided.
