Volunteer Coordinator – Community Link Booth – Fiona Stanley Hospital

As a Volunteer Coordinator you will be required to:  Engaging with individuals, families and carers at their hospitalisation discharge point by referring them to Support Groups and services to assist them to self-manage their conditions(s) and prevent re-hospitalisation;  Recruit, support and manage volunteers;  Ensure there are sufficient volunteers to meet the needs of the allocated shift;  Have strong communication and organisational skills;  Roster and allocate duties and tasks;  Collate data and ensure processes are addressed. Volunteer Coordinators will be working in a supportive and friendly team environment with ongoing training provided.
