Conducting tours of the museum for families and groups both small & large with assistance from other tour guides. School holiday & during school term activities with school children of all ages. Weather permitting conducting visits to the Parafield control tower observation platform to show groups aircraft taking off and landing & explain the principles of flight to the visitors.

Assisting customers with information re toilets, disabled access, general information re the museum. On the job training will be provided.

Visitors to the museum include school groups, families, clubs and senior citizens and there is plenty of opportunity for a chat.

Educating and entertaining our visitors is our mission at the museum and giving good friendly customer service is an important part of our mantra.
